Getting married on Koh Samui without accommodation
You can book your accommodation entirely according to your wishes, independent of the wedding. On the day of the celebration, a minibus will pick you up and take you to the wedding venue, returning you to your hotel in the evening. This way, you don’t need to adjust your hotel arrangements to meet the requirements of the wedding.

- 1:30 PM: Hair and makeup at your hotel
- 3:40 PM: Pick-up from your hotel
- 4:20 PM: Welcome drink at the venue
- 4:30 PM: Wedding ceremony on the beach
- 5:00 PM: Champagne reception / wedding cake
- 5:20 PM: Wedding photos with the couple
- 6:45 PM: Dinner on the beach or in front of the beach house
- 9:00–10:00 PM: Return transfer to your hotel
Booking Terms:
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total wedding package price is required. This payment serves as a planning fee and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 30 days before your wedding date. Our General Terms and Conditions apply.
Important Information About Weather Conditions for Your Wedding:
Please note that your booked wedding cannot simply be rescheduled or cancelled due to bad weather. The venue and all service providers—such as photographers, florists, and caterers—are reserved specifically for your big day and usually have other commitments in the following days.
