Sunset Photoshooting at Koh Samui

We had arranged a couple’s photoshoot on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. The weather, however, decided to be a little too generous that day, and due to the intense heat, we spontaneously postponed the shoot to the late afternoon. Together, we set off for our dream beach on the eastern side of the island. We arrived around 4:00 PM, and after just a few steps toward the shore, it became clear to all of us: it was still unbearably hot.

Although the sun was beginning to descend, it shone directly onto our beach from the sea, leaving no shady spots to start taking photos. We had to briefly pause the shoot and take refuge in the air-conditioned car—because what would life in Thailand be without air conditioning? By around 5:00 PM, the temperature had dropped just enough for us to return and finally begin the photoshoot. We extended the session a little longer into the evening and were rewarded with a stunning sunset sky.
